I'm on board with this thread. Started at 5'9, 225, I'm down to 213 but have been stuck here for a few weeks. 2 weeks ago I started training in BJJ again. Been stuck at blue belt for 9 years. Hoping to change that this time around.

I've got pretty shitty willpower when it comes to eating. Especially while I'm at work... I just need to put in the effort and pack lunches and dinners and I'll be ok. Thought about juicing but I dunno. Maybe I'll give it a shot. I have seen that documentary and it interests me.

full juicing with no food or meal replacement?

We have a cheap Ge 50 dollar juicer from walmart. I think it does a good job. There is a lot of waste but it is dry as a bone and the chickens love it.

I did'nt start yesterday either.....or today

I juiced when I was cutting weight a few times. Worked really well for me but blending works even better. I went from 232 down to 184.5 in 3 months using a blender. My go to recipe:

(measured by eyeball)

frozen chopped broccolli

frozen chopped Kale/spinach

fat free plain greek yogurt (couple spoonfuls)

2/3 tablespoons of chocolate PB2 powder.

If after workout, add chocolate milk, if not then I use skim milk

ice

This smoothie tastes like a chocolate peanut butter smoothie. Sometimes I add some veggie powder which is just dried and dehydrated veggies. This smoothie is phenomenal. The PB2 is powdered PB that has had most the fat and calories pressed out of it. I HIGHLY recommend it to anyone who has a sweet tooth or general concerns about the taste of a veggie smoothie.

TRUST ME!!!!

I will have to try this, thanks nader!

full juicing, nothing else

day one is in the books, I forgot to weigh myself though, I got to do that in the morning

I also feed the waste to my chickens, they come running whenever they see me round the corner of the house
