I would recommend mixing in more veggies and fruit in your juice, Kvr. You should aim for at least 3 veggies and 1 fruit per smoothie.

will do, usually I go with a spicy v-8 version I make, I got lazy yesterday. I hopped on the scale today, worst then I thought, 262.6 :( Time to go drown my sorrows in juice.

Yesterday 4/18/2012

Breakfast was 2 eggs, 1 banana, 1/2 cup oatmeal

lunch: turkey on whole wheat bread with onion, tomato, mustard

6-730pm BJJ training

Post training: strawberries and cantaloupe

Dinner: Grilled chicken with light bbq sauce

Before bed: apple

Dropped my gym membership that I wasn't using, started going back to Crossfit. I'm on my 3rd week back at BJJ. Cardio is shit but slowly improving
