Crossfit is AWESOME! Great program for weight loss and overall health. I'll personally guarantee a 25lb loss in 2 months if u do it daily and eat right.

I enjoy Crossfit. Right now I'm only doing it 1-3x a week sadly. Keep up the good work kvr!

thanks moro, I actually have the app for that, I went 14 days and am down 15 and switched to a more veg based diet and working out. I came across this vid a couple years ago and figured I would post it here for a little motivation and some other vids involving arthur

Recently I have been eating a bit cleaner.

Typically I eat out every meal, did a few small things weber grill etc, tried eating at home.

Early this week while traveling went back to 2 to 3 days of the old ways, WOW could not believe the way your stomach feels when eating big and out, even after just a couple of days of eating clean.
