It is really sad - her dieing of course - but also the scenario with her mother. I wonder what the fight was, what would have driven them not to speak. From my dealings with death I bet the girl was at peace with calling her mother, but the mother.... I couldn't even wonder what her her grief must be like.

On a happier note it sounds like she made the bulk of her time left into an epic adventure.

RIP young lady, I am sorry you didn't get to experience all of life;s pains and pleasures.
