I think they will be down graded again and that they are having problems coming up with the 400-600 million of debt due in June.
The fad is over and even the fighters are now realizing that they made nothing for their efforts besides head trauma. That and the PPV model is dead in the water.
Imo expect a pump and dump by 2017 or that Bellator will bury them.

I don't see Bellator (or anyone else for that matter) burying them. I think they will be the number one org, but I think it's just an issue of over saturation. 12-16 PPV cards a year plus another 8-12 Fight Nights along with Ultimate Fighter just equals too much MMA. Then factor in the numerous weight divisions, it's just hard for anyone to truly care about the sport.
