herman was taller than boetsch and when they would clinch, herman starting landing knees. during one of the clinches, herman landed a big knee right on the chin. game over.
as far as the rest of the card,
browne is a POS poking matt in the eyes. and eff that ref for not taking a point.
I had pettis winning. Alvarez just hugged pettis in the last round. no damage done. I feel pettis did enough to win it, judges thought different.
same is true with tj and cruz. cruz danced away from action the whole fight. would land an occasional show and took tj down a few times. each time tj would pop right back up.
tj landed more shots. was the aggressor commanding the center of the ring for most of the fight.
I guess they really want to make more money on a rematch they can sell on ppv. but imo, cruz is boring as hell to watch.

they really need to come up with a better way to score fights. they give way too much credit for takedowns.
If you take a guy down and hug him, it doesnt have any effect on the fight. other than to bore the people watching.
same is true if you take a guy down and he gets right back up.
