actually, that gives me a idea.
Anyways, I know how to run a successful restaurant and know how to build stuff, it may not always look pretty, but I can usually brainstorm a situation through pretty fast.

Market research. Booo! Hiss!
Home cooking, finally something useful.
Some permacultre stuff. If I don't know it I will be glad to look it up in Mollison's Permaculture: A Designers Manual. I've been reading it through, but it is basically a text book so it is slow going. Looking stuff up would be a good way to get some exposure to the 75% of the book I have not read yet.
