I'm fricking dying here and I hate taking medicine, vicks vapor rub is helping but been coughing so much it's starting to get painful, thinking of trying a mustard wrap

I havent been sick in a while but when I do, its a steady diet of NyQuil and TheraFlu. Loads of water.

Just keep drinking hot drinks. Tea, coffee, put some honey in it. Makes your throat and chest feel a lot better. Take a few shots of whiskey and go to bed for a bit.

Take a bowl of hot water(steaming) and mix in vicks vapor. Sit in a chair and put your head over the bowl and cover it with a towel. It can get pretty strong but try to tough it out.
