I'm seeing a pattern here: Professional sports team based in Washington, DC = Mandatory name change imminent.
Perhaps all DC sports teams need to change their names to variants to be PC in DC?
- The Washington DCs
- The Washington D Cs
- The Washington Dee Cees
- The Washington D Cees
- The Washington Dee Cs
- The Washington D Sees
- The Washington Dee Sees
- The Washington D Seas
- The Washington Dee Seas
- The Washington PCs
- The Washington P Cs
- The Washington P Cees
- The Washington Pee Cees
- The Washington Pea Cees
- The Washington Pee Cs
- The Washington Pea Cs
- The Washington P Sees
- The Washington Pee Sees
- The Washington Pea Sees
- The Washington P Seas
- The Washington Pee Seas
- The Washington PC DCs
- The Washington P C DCs
- The Washington P Cee DCs
- The Washington Pee Cee DCs
- The Washington Pea Cee DCs
- The Washington Pee C DCs
- The Washington Pea C DCs
- The Washington P See DCs
- The Washington Pee See DCs
- The Washington Pea See DCs
- The Washington P Sea DCs
- The Washington Pee Sea DCs
etc, etc...
There's at least another 96 permutations more. They can rename sports teams of schools, private recreational, little league, police, fire, business, summer camp, day camp, after school program teams... Uniformity to names, uniform uniforms... yeah, I went there... they can homogenize and marginalize all individuality and forms of expression. Then they can PC it up another notch by revoking any manner of scoring. There will be no losers, everyone will get trophies just for showing up... just for staying home as long as thought was given to showing up, just for being a fan, just for having heard of the team, just for living in the area, just for passing through the area, just for being on the same continent, just for being on the same planet. Everyone, everywhere, ever, and for all time gets a trophy.
PC is the future.

Never heard of the Baltimore Bullets before, learn something new every day
Really?? It's what the Washington Wizards used to be before they changed their name.
Baltimore Bullets (1963-1973)
Washington Bullets (1973-1995 in 1973 They were called the Capital Bullets, but changed to avoid confusion with the Washington Capitals)
Washington Wizards (1995 to present)
