Hrm.
Sadly my Wok journey is at it's end before it ever began. After more doctors visits, things took some rather ominous turns. I've had surgery and have one less organ. Again my foods required immediate drastic revision. Sadly at least for now, that means no fats at all. No fats means no Wok cooking. Even once my body adjusts given enough time, my fat intake will remain so low, I'll need to supplement it with fractions of an eyedropper to measure out small doses of Udo's Choice Oil Blend.
