Hi Sam,

It seems that I am not going to get my Alice Packs. Please refund my money immediately if you refuse to send them by tomorrow, 09/17/2012.

I ordered on 3/10/2012, OVER 6 months ago. 18 days ago you said "We will get them out to you over the weekend" which did not happen. 6 days ago you said "I will have tracking for you tomorrow" which didn't happen.

I'd like my money back immediately if you refuse to send them by 9/17/2012. This is the worst customer service I've ever experienced and I'd say its even bordering on theft. Its a damn shame too because I love supporting small businesses.

LOL Sam emailed be back almost immediately with a tracking number and an apology, stating he'd throw in something extra for the long wait. I'll be VERY surprised if the number is legit, he said it will be trackable tomorrow.

i did the same threat but never got the tracking number, so i call visa and they cancelled the payment.

Too bad about this guy. I know a lot of people on the survivalist board had problems with him too. He is bad at customer service and seems to not really give a crap.

Still haven't received anything. Spoke with Sam on the phone at length about one month ago. He asked if I wanted a refund or if I still wanted the packs. Apologized and said that they received a large shipment of shitty packs that he couldn't ship out as they were not of the quality he showed on his videos. Said that held them back a bit. Said he'd throw in some extra stuff with my order. His phone call caught me off guard, he called me in response to an email and I had no idea it was him. He was polite to me on the phone but I could tell he was frustrated. Seems to me that he is in way over his head with all these orders. He needs to do a better job communicating with people who have made orders and haven't received their Alice Packs.

Still haven't received anything btw.

Email I received yesterday after complaining about a 6 month wait... don't think I'll hold my breath on getting them anytime soon...

WE ARE PLOWING THROUGH ORDERS. WE HAVE BEEN AT A ABOUT A 6 MONTH LAG ON ALICE PACKS AND ARE WORKING ON THAT. THE LAG IS DUE TO THE QUANTITY OF ORDERS WE HAVE RECEIVED AND OUR REFURBISHING PROCESS. THE PACKS ARE WORTH WELL OVER THE PRICE PAID. THE DOWNSIDE IS THE WAIT. IT HAS BEEN A VERY POPULAR DEAL.

I WILL LOOK INTO YOUR ORDER FOR YOU. AGAIN WE ARE NOT JUST SHIPPING THE NORM THATS IN THE MARKET PLACE.
