I really want these damn packs, so I still haven't cancelled my order. Shit its only $50.00. Just threw Sam another email asking if he had any updates for me. Next week will be 9 months since I placed my order.

I'm in the same boat. It's not about the money, it's about the horrible customer service. But I'm stubborn, so I'll wait him out and eventually get my packs.

go down the page and you can see the alice packs, you can get a large nice for 29 dollars and a medium good for 23, they also have a 10 percent coupon code for over 50 dollars at the top of the page, I just got off the phone with them to see how much shipping was and she told me 17-20 depending if it went ups or usps. It's a little more, but at least you will get them

Oddly enough, I received an email from them saying that my order had been shipped on the 29th, however there is no shipping number or any other way to track it, so I guess we'll see if it actually shows up or not. It's a shame too, because I really wanted to order a G.I. sleep system from them, but after this debacle I think I'll look elsewhere.

Well, after a nearly year long wait (ordered on 03/18/12 I believe), my packs finally arrived today. The medium pack I ordered is in great shape, the large is just meh. Glad I got them, but if I'd have known the hassle I never would have ordered them.
