Just realized CJL Enterprize is on facebook. I went on their page and typed up a long complaint. Hopefully the fact that it is public and others can see it will make them move their asses.

No apology letter or anything for that matter. Just two packs in a Lowes box with a copy of my receipt. The medium pack has the waist buckle on it and is in very good shape. The large pack doesn't have a waist buckle, and has a lot of excess thread hanging off of it where they "tried" to make repairs. A BBB complaint is forthcoming.

still waiting. they responded, then my FB friends responded hassling them, and sam got all upset. He said "they were sent when I told you they were shipped!" and I responded with "you never told me they were shipped" and he hasn't responded.
