thanks for signing back up Sam to answer any complaints, one comment though, I made you aware of this thread last year when I personally called you and asked if you were going to be able to deliver the product our members had ordered, if not I would refund the money back to them myself or get them bags from somewhere else, if you go back to page two your posts are showing up as guest, I had set you up with a guest account that gets deleted after 30 days

Ok. I am sorry but I vaguely remember talking with you. Thats on me not you. As far as ordering a pack through Allegehany on this thread. The only reason you would do that is to show that our delivery time sucked and you can get a pack somewhere else faster. This point has already been covered. Apparently you didn't have to refund them because the product eventually came. They also always had a option for a refund. We have sold thousands of packs with zero problems. And we also have had issues that we have worked through. I am not perfect. I don't claim to be. You want to judge me thats ok. I own the problems we had. This thread has been banging away for over a year. The first mention of this thread after the time you called me was this evening. When your member showed me the link. I joined the forum and here I am.

I asked you in a private chat and I asked your member who decided to get on our facebook wall and make some statements if everyone has been covered and all the issues resolved. From what you have told me and your member that was on our facebook page all issues have been resolved. If not let me know.

Constructive criticism in this case seems to be like talking to a wall. If the customer service provided is acceptable to him, I suppose that tells me everything I'll ever need to know about doing business with him. I will pay the additional 20-50 dollars to receive a product in a timely manner rather than having to continuously beg the seller to send the products he has already received payment on. Nor is this the first or even second time he has been directed to this thread. He has deleted several of my posts on his facebook wall, as well as posts by others from this very thread. enjoy the money you made off those that were patient enough. You will get none from me or anyone that asks my opinion on the matter.
Sam, my posting that link was not a personal attack on your or your business at all, when BA mentioned he was discussing this with you on facebook, I read the timeline posts and some of the comments you made and re-read this whole thread, I had posted that link back in December a page or so ago. If you look at the time stamps, I posted that about a minute after you had made your post, I had no idea you had even signed back up till I saw your post right above mine.
I didn't personally refund the members, because you said it would be taken care of.
At this point in time, I believe everyone has received their bags, but I can not confirm that 100 percent.
Sam, I own my own business and understand there can be challenges and things come up etc, but someone waiting a year and a half is ludicrous beyond comprehension.
I understand you wanting to give people a perfect product, but to be honest for the price you were offering, 50 dollars shipping included, people would have been happy with a fair product IMO. In the vid you posted you discussed the amount of work it takes to improve the bags and frames, personally I would have been happy if you shipped them to me the way they were. Again, this is my personal opinion.

To: Bad etc. Constructive is one thing. Character assignation is a compete different story. You jumped on my fb page stating misinformation and innuendo. I responded. The point of the wait on the packs is well documented and old news. It has been covered many times. You had no other purpose to post on my wall except to try to stir shit period. I have stated my position multiple times. You have two members here that took bull shit to a whole new level. I will not name names but I can tell you posting on forums while drunk is usually not a good thing.
Your posts were inflammatory and provided no purpose.
No one had to beg. Again refunds always was a option.
You have one person on your forum that after their packs had shipped and they had been delivered tried to file a claim with paypal for non delivery and was denied. Why because they lied and was caught. The reason why their claim was denied was because tracking had shown they had received their goods. So after some time passed they filed a claim that the packs were damaged. The credit card company then filed another claim and they had to issue a refund. So then your member had gear and money returned. This is the member that was claiming that he had been issued a bogus shipping label. Your member received their packs on 9-26-2013. They held on to them and then sent them back. The package was never opened. They claimed the packs were damaged. The package was never opened.Packaged was then sent back on 10-13-2013 via USPS. So they lied to their cc company. We have videos of the package. The reason why they returned them is that we threatened legal action. Paypal was also notified and so was their credit card company. But it doesn't stop here either. I can't go into anymore detail at this time but will at a later date I can. I have the tracking also I am going to post.

With all this said I am not trying to take away from the fact that we had issues. We did worked through them. You really need to have all the facts of a situation before making accusations. Contempt prior to investigation.
Once we are done with a process we are involved with I will be more then happy to share all the information I have. I can tell you this though. Be careful what you post online about someone or a company if its not true.
I hope I shed a little light on this. Again from my understanding all issues have been addressed in this forum. If anything else pops up let me know.
