Saw this on Facebook yesterday, and wanted everyone's thoughts on it.  I have my own opinions, but I'll save them and post them below.

Ok, generally, I LOVE these types of things.  I mostly "car camp" so weight/size isn't too much of a concern.  Having everything in one spot and convenient is a concern.  Also, in some sense I envision this type of thing as a "bug out box".  So that gives it bonus points for me.  As a matter of fact, I recently bought this monster for my camping gear (at $75 no less):

Now this box I just bought is decent for my needs, but not perfect.  I've envisioned ways that I would improve it, but realistically I don't have the means to do so.  Now the box they have on kickstarter seems ok, but it's WAY too small.  Once you put your stove in there, there is little room for much else.  Secondly, it's just not high enough.  If you do any serious cooking, you'll have a back ache.  I also have concerns about the stability both of the main unit as well as the side table.  Finally it's WAY overpriced.  $200-$300 is a LOT for that.  It's basically an overpriced, oversize case for your stove.

yeah, we could definitely do something like that.  The one Boy Scout troop my son is thinking about joining has the most insane patrol boxes known to man.  To have them made would probably be between $1-2k ea.  They're made of aircraft grade aluminum,  and are approximately 48" long, 36" high, and about 24-30" deep.  Each side folds down so you have two 36" x 48" cooking/food prep surfaces.  Inside there are shelves to hold the necessities.  They have these 4 round legs that "nest" on top and are carrying handles (envision a royal chariot from ancient egypt), then you pull them out and put them on the ends and they act as legs with huge pins that lock them in place.  The only draw back is that they're heavy as hell, have no wheels and it takes 4 people to carry one.
