one thing we don't utilize enough on our property is our cat tails, we have experimented them with different things but going to start utilizing them a bunch more this spring, gonna try making these bad boys as soon as they are ready

I did a lot ore with my cattails last year. I like to eat the flowers like corn. I collected
Some pollen and made pancakes with it.
