This is definitely worth a watch. I have done this a few times and I still learned something new. However I prefer a short wide knife with a hook on it, nicking the guts is very easy to do. The hook will allow you to slice up the belly to the chest cavity without concern of the stomach. Short because it’s tight up inside the chest cavity and wide because I like to place my index finger along the flat edge of the blade while I am reaching where I can’t see to better guide the cuts. Also in addition I like to (what the video didn’t show) split the pelvis with the saw on my Leatherman and remove the bladder and anus while I am still in the field.
