Great post.

When we used to slaughter hogs (domestic) my uncles were always worried about bruising the meat during the slaughter. I bet the wild ones put up a hell of a fight, did any of the meat get spoiled?

Well I was supposed to go down there for 3 days this upcoming weekend but since I was furloughed I wont be able to go. This trip was a one day thing so all I brought back with me was the backstraps off one of them and some meat that my buddy already had frozen. We just didnt have time to butcher them and freeze the meat and then pack it properly to ship on a plane.
