I know, and I don't want to come off as argumentative, but in the picture shown, when the person is sitting down, their head is almost at the top of the trailer. I know you can get taller trailers, but personally if I were to do this I think I would stick with the canopy for versatility and size more than anything.

I really have to GRIN when I read such things as this. Not that I would rain on anyone's parade, but after having lived 'camping', really 'haute' camping, for the last 20+ years, we have no desire to pack up 'home' and drag it off to some lot with a bunch of others escaping the city (which they bring along with them!). For the cost of what one puts into a rig, (including gas, license, insurance equipment etc, etc.,) motels room look cheaper after the math. Plus you get to leave the bed unmade, towels for someone else to wash and eat out with no dishes to wash. Sounds like a better deal to me .

that's a good point, we visited some friends at their campground this past 4th of July, it was wall to wall travel trailers, not a tent in site
And if one really wants to experience and appreciate nature, buy a little piece of rough land where you can begin your odyssey towards self reliance instead of simply sitting outdoors?!? (especially stacked like cord wood with others doing the same )
