you catch last nights episode? Don't know if it was the editing or what, but there seemed more tension between them for sure, I had to chuckle at the disclaimer at the beginning, surprised they broke it up into two episodes

I noticed the same thing.  Hard to say if it's really there, or if I'm just looking for it.  Although, when Joe first came on the show, I felt they had 0 chemistry.  On last nights episode, Joe had issues with Cody once again.

"Cody doesn't have the endurance that I do"

"If he takes more than 5 minutes doing whatever he's doing with that lizard, I'm stepping in and putting an end to it"

"There are snakes out here, and why he doesn't wear shoes makes no sense to me"

yeah, seems more friction for sure, joe is constantly crapping on Cody, not sure if next weeks episode is the big blow up, they are in a cold environment

That guy does wildly dangerous things, things that will get you killed. I can see why Cody was having problems with him, he's got a little too much testosterone going most of the time. If I wanted to watched staged drama and dangerous behavior I'd watch Bear Grills.

Hope Cody gets another venue for his approach to these situations.

Kind of anti-climatic.  There was tension, but no big blow up like I expected.  I do feel the rabbit and squirrel nest were producer plants imo.  Maybe Norway's different, but I've never seen a squirrel next with green branches.
