Here is how to make a simple Beef and Tomato stew. Since the chili was a hit the other night, I decided to change a few things up and make a stew out of it. It is very paleo friendly.

I grabbed some supplies

I chopped up 4 small zucchini

I realized I forgot to get carrots, so I stole some of the dogs treats, sorry dogs

Chopped up a red pepper, green pepper and a onion

I dumped 1.5 pounds of steak tips on top and seasoned with garlic, sea salt, red pepper and some chili powder

Then poured 2 cans of tomato sauce and a can of whole tomatoes on top

I mixed it up well and turned it on high
