I don't know, she's still limping pretty good, was talking to a friend who went through the same thing, she continued limping and died 3 months later, I can't imagine the staph taking that long, so my wife lets her outside daily, and now when she wants to come in she stands in front of the door

so yesterday was the day, we decided to put her down in the coop, the other two chickens came down to check her out

and my wife proceeded to spy on them

what are you doing I asked?

making sure they don't attack her.

So I went and did some other things and a hour later couldn't find my wife, sure enough

you can put her back in the house if you want I told her.

No, you guys keep making fun of me.

but at lest she is roosting okay

Well it took a couple days of monitoring, but they seem to got over whatever conflict there was, she's walking better with just a slight limp, but is roosting properly and eating well

man this poor bird can't catch a break, hope this doesn't turn into fly strike, the otheres keep pecking her

so I hit her with some blue kote

need to check on her today, my wife will be devastated if we lose her
