the pups have discovered the joy of laying in front of fire
Had a scare yesterday, the male found a mushroom in the yard and ate it, called the vet and he said not to worry, nothing growing right now is poisonous to them, but he may vomit or have the runs, just give him half a pepto pill and some charcoal tablets to help, my wife was freaking.

Surprised you had to have a fire so far -- what have the temps been? We have been in the 70's for the past few days.

been 24-40 the last couple of days, trust me if it was up to me we would not, wife and daughter are saying they are both cold, literally 3 pieces of wood and the house is 100 degrees and they are sitting there sweating and complaining. That will learn them!

Just got back from the vet with gsd and pug. Gsd is doing great, lost 28 pounds since being on thyroid. Vet thinks pug may be thyroid as well so they drew blood, after spinning it he thinks it may be diabetes, waiting on the results. Awesome.
