I have two water buckets with chicken nipples on them.
I just alternate them every day. Let the frozen one thaw out in the house for a day while the other one is in the coop.
Stinks lugging them out between 530-6am, but I leave for work not long after that.
This is the main reason I havent gotten any ducks. Not sure how I would care for them over winter since we dont have a pond.
Still trying to figure out what I would have to do to keep them during the frozen months.
