Yeah, we lucked out with our pest guy, he use to be the rep for ecolab, when I worked for corporate, we had contracts with ecolab, when I started my own, we leased a dish machine from them and used their pest control as well, so I had the same guy here as I did before, after a year he started to get motivated to open his own pest service after seeing us go on our own, so he asked if I would mind switching to his personal business away from eco-lab.

He was trying to build his business slowly while still handling the accounts for eco. I agreed, I've known him for years, he cut my monthly service charge from 110 a month down to 50 a month, everything included.

Two years later eco-lab got wind and forced him out, by that time he had enough clients, he was ready to anyways, so here we are 5 years later, and he still charges me 50 bucks a month, everything included, heck he's gone out and sprayed around our house for carpenter ants after we had a bad infestation from some crappy mulch we got for nothing. So if I can't catch this sucker by next week, I'll call good guy pest control and have him come handle it.
