The first video that has the killing cones, what do they do with all the blood? I saw that it was dripping into buckets, was that just to collect it to be thrown out or is there a use for it?

I just thought it looked like they had about 20 or so gallons of chicken blood there and it seems a shame for it to go to waste.

Doode, if you read Joel's books on Pastured Poultry he discusses how each scrap is used at the farm. Great book.
