I always loved train cars, before we bought our current location, our realtor told us about a railroad car that had been used a restaurant decades ago, the wife had died I think and it was closed and left to decay, my wife and I drove out in the Maine countryside to where it was. It was so overgrown with trees, you hardly noticed it unless you were looking. I left a note on the door of the house saying we would be interested in talking to them about buying it, never did hear back, would have been cool to fixed it up and get it working again as a restaurant
