Do you pay NS or something? I need a full-grown man stopping over all of the time to help me out with projects. I think I would actually get something done if this happened.

He's a good kid, he's worked for me for 10 years, hired him his senior year in High School, strange that I still think of him as a kid when he is almost 30 years old now.

Awesome! Though I was kind of excited about the stained ceilings.

I'm the same way with help. It's not even just a twice as fast thing, I think that two people can somehow work 3 times as fast as a single person. Encouragement goes a long way.

got the painting all done, ceiling took a few more coats to cover everything and had to go around touching up all the drips and mess ups

worked on the floor some, only got about another 5 feet to go and the upper portion will be done, should get that knocked out today and hopefully get started on the lower portion. Layout is working perfect, only have about a 1/2 inch of waist every other section.

Nice color choice on the wood! How do you plan to trim the windows on the interior side? Went on an architectural tour a few weeks back where they used round drywall corners and then just a sill plate. Very minimal so it was clean but also cheap to do. My old house has interior trim that I sometimes feel like pulling off.
