If so, I think it would have been 20 or so years ago when the prior owner bought the property. They moved out of state shortly after, and never returned making a more recent test unlikely. I will look into it though. Excellent idea, if not for me, then maybe someone else will read this and benefit.

I think gw99 had to resort to that on their land they bought, it wouldn't perc and they found a old one on file showing that the sellers knew it wouldn't perc and didn't disclose it, he was able to get his money back I believe

So yesterday we took my friend's kids out for a romp in the woods on my property. It being 2 days later since digging and filling the hole with water. Most of the water had finally drained, but not all. If I had to guess, I'd say we had poured 12 to 15 gallons in. I'd say there was maybe half a gallon left. So say 12 gallons drained in 2 days, lets call that seepage of 6 gallons per day not counting evaporation, within about a 2.5 foot diameter hole.
