That is really nice, but 65,000? I'm really debating building one in the spring to show people how inexpensive they can be.

I recently watch a doc on tiny houses where a young lad built himself one on a trailer. I think his total cost was around $26,000 which I could not really believe. If you look at it on a square foot basis it would have been in the ball park of standard home construction costs.
I am sure they can be done for much cheaper.

that's what I'm thinking, heck that trailer above costs more than what I spent to build my house
