lol...All I know is...I have to get a cement block feature in the house or in the yard...not sure how to sneak it by the Mrs though.

That is pretty cool.  I think I have my masonry chimney laid out for two things....1) will do a fine job with the coal/wood stove  and 2) it will be constructed in a way that it can vent for a rocket stove or masonry heater down the road if I want to change things...it won't add any cost tot he project, more about location of the thimble.

I would do it now...but it's a time thing...getting house built and in is more of a priority...easier to put I a stove for now.
