Woa... That fork has some serious rake. What is the scale on this thing? Is that a fat bike tire on the front and a golf car tire on the back?
Its a 4.25 tire off a mongoose 20" bike and the rear is a 9.5" wide lawn tractor tire. Goes quite well so far working out the bugs right now.

Full Face please:
No "designer" skullcap helmets...
And a proper riding jacket cause road rash sucks... oh, and no "S.Q.U.I.D.'ing" (Stupidly Quick, Underdressed and Imminently Dead)
Checkout Jerry Palladino's "Ride Like A Pro" Youtube channel. Take the Motorcycle Safety Foundation's Basic RiderCourse.
Umm, Kevlar lined jeans are a decent idea too.

I think you should reconsider your choice of rear tire. To my understanding, tires are purpose built. I suspect that a lawn tractor tire is formulated and constructed differently than a proper motorcycle tire. The characteristics and demands of traction, speeds, and stresses are wildly different. I suspect it will blow out at the worst possible moment destroying your newly constructed bike (and you along with it). Consider that you only have 2 wheels, and the tires are the only thing holding your bike to the pavement. A proper tire is not the place to cut costs.
