dough rising while I'm at work today. ball them when I get home then bake and shake. might do a couple cinnamon and sugar for later.

I will be cheating and using frozen dough. found some that I really like and it is 6 loaves for 2 bucks.

so I did everything above except for the boiling, I rolled my dough

could have rolled them better, but everyone was in a rush to eat. I stuck them in the oven, 20 minutes later
