Does any one have a favorite salad?

I was inspired this evening and made a tomato peach salad. OMG! It is so good!

recipe?

we do a very simple one with tomatoes, cukes, onion, parmesan cheese, garlic, salt pepper, olive oil and balsamic vinegar, the longer it marinates, the better

Nice!  Looks really good.

We typically just do lettuce, red onion sliced thin, goat or feta cheese, and maybe some nuts.  Grab some olive oil, balsamic vinegar, maple syrup, Dijon mustard (to emulsify) and salt and pepper and you are off the to races.

My better half makes a mean Caesar dressing, so that is a favorite as well.

That sounds like great dressing
