Holiday Hams and some Canadian Bacon going in, replacing Hams with a different glaze and spray. In the next 24 hours I will have finished 88 kilo or so of pork. Then back to birds with around 20 chickens and 6 ducks due for the 20th.
Then back to getting X-Mas (21st- 23rd) orders out.
