I wish, we were so far under water on it that we couldn't sell it when we built our home, so we have been renting it for 50 dollars less than the mortgage waiting for the market to bounce back or we pay off enough of the mortgage that we can dump it

been thinking about the tractor size more and more. I think the kubota is the right one. The main purpose is for the house not the business and with our gate size, barn size, etc. I think anything bigger will create an issue for me. That kubota I can even drive right around the house on our pathway and clear out the patio in the winter. Anything bigger would be an issue.

It's good you thought about that early on. It is a good thing my ROPS fold down -- I can't put them up and still drive into the garage. If I had purchased one with non-folding ROPS I would be in trouble. My garage door height is way low.
