K, here are attachments I recommend...

Lightweight forks. The Kubota and other tractors of its size can only life so much so you don't want to weigh them down with heavy forks. These forks can take more weight than the loader can. Very cheap and free shipping.

And if you are going to do a lot of work without the mowing deck on (which is kind of recommended) then I would suggest the BXpanded under armor. More expensive than I like but it can prevent a lot of damage. It comes off easy for putting the mowing deck back on.

Do you plan on doing anything with your 3 point? E.g. back blade, rake, etc.?

If so, an ~$80 quick hitch (with coupon) from Harbor Freight makes it really easy for switching between the implements.

Yes. They can be hard to find this time of year so call ahead. I had to drive an extra 40+ miles each way to get mine.
