Well, yes and no. The Case I believe uses a small Category 0 hitch... which is smaller than a Category 1 (like my Kubota) or a Category 2 (like a huge tractor). Each jump in category provides strength and allows one to use larger implements. I think you could get the Case tiller hooked up but it uses hydraulics to power it since your Case doesn't have a PTO. Most smaller tractors don't come with rear hydraulic ports that would allow you to operate the tiller, and even if they did, I'm not sure they are set up correctly.
I would sell your Case as a package and then rent a tiller for whenever you need one. They, to me, are expensive for the few times I would use one.
