Well, maybe not quite. I just accepted a job down in GR and will be starting on Nov. 10th. A realtor is coming out today to get pics of our place and to put it on the market, ASAP. Jon and I are in very similar circumstances.

Now, we just need to find a nice house on good land for not much money. I think only 2 of those 3 requirements can be met. I will keep you all posted!

You and me both, brother. This is instead of adding a ton of money into our place for additions. We need more space and it was either spend a lot to add on to our current home or b) sell and move closer to GR where we have family, etc. GR won out because I will make more $$, which always helps, and we can buy a turn-key house on some acreage for almost the value of our current place when you factor in all of the additions my wife wanted.
