No. It was built in 2005 and just needs some general cleaning, paint in some rooms, etc. It has a wood boiler (score!) and is pretty big. Has a 3 car garage so the tractor will have a place to park.
I have never lived in a house where I could park in a garage. This will be life-changing.

Making final arrangements with a dealer in Kentucky. There is a Kubota dealer down there that sells large quantities, for a much lower price, and ships all over the US. This is a 2013 with 128 hours. Still under warranty, etc. Much cheaper than anything I could find locally. Thousands less. Remember me telling you Michigan has crazy new/used tractor pricing?
