I got the deck off, quick hitch on, and back blade mounted. There is a lot of ice on the ground so I can't do much with it. 

I will be installing this 'armor' tonight that covers up some sensitive areas of the tractor. Doesn't impede the use of the deck -- but helps to protect the tractor with the deck removed.

Carry all frame -- want to build it out this weekend or soon thereafter.

The previously mentioned lightweight pallet forks

A non-OEM grill guard (it has a build it tow hitch, hook, ring) -- I am waiting on this. Hopefully will get here soon.

Other than that I think some bucket hooks and a log pulling chain would be all I need.

I want to save up money this summer and buy one of these cabs for next winter. I won't heat it but I think it would allow me to plow in peace. Relatively cheap and easy to remove since I don't want it on most of the year.
