Inspection is done. The new folks would like to buy my wood splitter and lawn tractor. Included in the sale of the home is also my Ford Ranger with plow. Time for me to buy a tractor for the new house! 
I am thinking something like this... something with a mower, loader, 4x4, and newer so I don't have to mess with maintenance as much. This is a JD 1026R -- I think I might be able to swing something like this.

Nice work Pork, the 1026R is a heck of a nice Compact; a buddy of mine has one and loves his.

Closing on the sale of our place is next Friday. 

Jon -- have you moved? Started your new job?

We are still waiting to close on the purchase of the short sale place closer to GR. We might need to move into the inlaws basement while we wait :/

Congrats! That was pretty fast, are the new owners going to be year round? How do you and your wife feel about leaving the home you built? I think Jon posted he turned down the job and isn't making the move.
