We might have 1 to 2 months left of occupancy, so you have your chance! 2 weekends ago friends and I stayed in there but had a few too may beers and didn't wake up early enough to go hunting.

no passport, according to google maps it was only like 45 minutes difference in drive time

Inspection is done. The new folks would like to buy my wood splitter and lawn tractor. Included in the sale of the home is also my Ford Ranger with plow. Time for me to buy a tractor for the new house!
I am thinking something like this... something with a mower, loader, 4x4, and newer so I don't have to mess with maintenance as much. This is a JD 1026R -- I think I might be able to swing something like this.
