Easy....if the pizza is really good, might be worth the drive. There is a place about an hour away from us that makes pizza in a coal fired oven, it is something awesome to have...when we are over that way we always stop for lunch.
There was a place like that where we lived a couple houses back. REAL deal of a pizza place, home made dough, hand thrown, excellent quality toppings - and worth the $20 it cost back in the 80s!! Now I'm totally without pizza - Needed to let go of gluten which has been OK for most of what I eat, but when it comes to pizza, that is just something that does NOT cut it gluten free .
The ex neighbors would go for ANY fast food, even frozen (gag) pizza. They were so NOT country folk.
My personal motto - The Home, a peace worth fighting for.

It astonished us how those folks could drop everything and drive to town (30 miles!) for a part that they needed but hadn't bought because they didn't think the task all the way thru. (and for a pizza too!)
Don't judge me. 😉 And if it weren't for people like that (and me) KVRs diner would probably go under. lol
Well thanks!
You know what I mean. lol
I do, just busting chops
