Gravel: I know you guys grow crazy food so I'm sure in non monetary ways you'd be supporting her more with you increased time available...wood in the stove etc

I hope you both can make this happen man! Going from 5 days to 2.5 was perhaps the greatest impact on my life quality  What a difference.

BTW those potatoes and salsa u guys were awesome..it was great meeting you both 😀 I hope you gained something from visiting!

As you know both my wife and i our part time and im not sure how the heck people have enough time in life to live...we(as a culture) must be amazing to balance family and 40/hr or more work weeks....

If we all worked part time ..man..their would be lots of work available for everyone!!  Some 20/yr old kid got his chance because i cut back...now he's really coming into his own...far more productive then i would be after 15/yrs and burnout.  Not to mention he became a friend so I gained there also.

...We would love to can and garden more...

Glad you like the taters and salsa!

Yeah 'seeing' the place was a huge confirmation about what we are doing.  We are both really excited about the build...and I am pretty sure your kids are big enough to help stack block...lol

On the way home she said "I thought you two guys were going to be outside all day"...very cool site there...wish I had easy pickings on stone like you...just not as much...lol

And to think I knew you before you became a world renowned potato photographer. Are you going to offer signed prints?
