I called to make a offer and it went into contract.... I was so upset.

This is the second time it has happened.

I guess im really not in a huge hurry I wont be moving for another 6 years butI look at that as time to get the land and house completed before its time.

I have to wait for my wifes oldest boy to graduate so we can move. The other 3 kids are mine so off we go lol

Id still love to find a vacation/project property tho (im impatient)
