Pulled out a stump today.

Check out the stump in the background of this picture... drove my wife crazy.

We dug around it, chopped at the roots with an axe, and started yanking on it with the tractor. On the first pull the tractor jerked to a halt and my knee slammed into the metal dashboard. I thought I shattered my patella, nope, just a bone bruise. Sweet!

Starting to make some progress.

Stump out.

Not that deep.

What stump? Backfilled with some dirt and raked it out.

So I met the woodcutter today,next week we start harvesting some wood so we can get started on the cabin, thats a good thing

Went to my friends house yesterday and some of his family

they have about 21 alpacas and raise them for their wool, he just shaved them and they send the wool out to be processed into yarn, which they then make into hats and mittens and sell them at the fairs at the end of the summer

And he gave me about a ton of poop
