Not personally, but one of the guys I work with has a side job at a local gun shop, and they have one. He says it's a pretty sweet gun.

Still haven't seen one personally. I wish people would start picking them up though, that way they can figure out how reliable they are before I drop the money on one.

I just cant see any reason I would not choose a number of other shotguns for this thing.

Ten out of ten times I would take a Saiga over this.

Obviously with any new technology or design, there will probably be some "growing pains" that need to be worked out. Which is why I said I'm waiting for others to put the ksg though it's paces before I'd drop money on one.

That being said, if the ksg's pump action is just as reliable as say a Mossy 500 or a Remington 870, I think that would be a major reason to consider it over some other shotguns, specifically the auto shotguns. Most auto shotguns on the market are pretty reliable, but still not as reliable as an old fashion pump.

I also like that the ksg gives you the ability to load two types of ammo in each mag-tube, and transition between the two with the flick of a switch. I'm not sure of the capacity of a standard Saiga magazine, but the capacity of the ksg is almost twice that of other shotguns.

And finally, being a bullpup design makes the ksg better suited for close quarters than other shotguns.

Not saying the ksg is neccessarily any better than any other shotgun out there, but those are the reasons why I'd consider getting one.
