I have used leathermans for years now, never leaves my hip. The Wave is my favorite by far and I have had all the serious models. HVAC is my trade. I have used my leatherman to cut wood, sheetrock, use the file for multiple things, clip my nails with the scissors, I cut flex and strip wires, I have used it solely to mount and wire tstats on walls. I could go on forever about how awesome this tool is. Enough about that.

I recently bought a new Wave on ebay for 35 bucks! about Half price. Then I kept browsing and saw the BLACK WAVE with the molle sheath and free gerber sharpener. I had to have it.

$69 bucks.

Save your money, DON'T buy the black ones if you actually use them. Used for a week now and the black stainless is already looking really bad. I should have known that would happen.

So stick with the shiny stainless for less money. unless you like that weathered look on a new item

I have the Juice S2.

Do not have a good sheath for it, so I end up not carrying it much. I should just get a sheath for crying out loud.

I have had the same leatherman for about 8 years now. Been thru 3 deployments of opening spaghetti o's and other high speed low drag jobs. I love it but its starting to get a little tierd.

The best multitool I've ever owned was an old school Schrade multitool (before they became shitty). Thing was a beast! Unfortunately it disappeared on me. It has since been replaced with the WAVE.
