Certainly would...not sure the SC would take it on just yet...they seem to time things like this for when things cool down...but I think they will hear a pretty big 2nd amendment case in the next few years...because there are a lot of related cases in lower courts at this time, and as decisions and appeals work their way through the courts it will eventually rise to the SC...then we will all be keeping our eyes open for the decision.

The most surprising thing about all of this... is how surprised we are that the courts actually upheld our rights for once. We've been on this trend of having our rights revoked for so long that we've become normalized on it. And that makes me absolutely furious.

that's why I am concerned if this went to the SC, I have no faith that they will support our rights.
